Indigenous Heritage
It’s not just the waterfall and freshwater pool that makes Nara Inlet special. It’s also a place of great importance to the local Ngaro people. The hills above the waterline contain a sig-nificant site of cultural significance for the local indigenous people. Rock walls with cave paintings from thousands of years in the past provide a window to the past and give any-one who sees them a sense of awe about the length of connection to the land and waters of this special part of the world.
Natural Secluded Beauty
The rich, densely packed forest of Hook Island reaches all the way down to the water around Nara Inlet. The inlet itself is a small, secluded bay with still, clear waters that are deep enough for many kinds of watercraft to approach.
Nara Inlet is also a great access point to Hook Island itself and also provides good access to the reef that encircles the island.
Seeing It For Yourself
The best way to see these areas of secluded, protected beauty is via Whitsunday superyacht charter. If you can pair that with the experience of having an experienced, pro-fessional crew taking care of the sailing, and being able to choose your itinerary, then you’re on your way to building a truly memorable experience.
We can help do exactly that for you.
We have staff with decades of collective experience with sailing a fleet of luxury superyachts. We’ve been there to help groups of all types and sizes to plan private charters all over Australia for many years. The goal is that all you need to do is turn up and enjoy experiencing how your luxury yacht experience unfolds. If that sounds like it’s of interest to you, we’d love to have a chat.
