Whitehaven Beach
This destination is often named the world’s best beach. Once you put your feet on the delicate silica sand that stays cool even under the hottest sun and survey the seven kilometres of perfect with crystal clear water on one side and forest on the other, it’s hard to argue.
Heart Reef
One of the most iconic visual locations in the entire shimmering expanse of the Great Bar-rier Reef. Seeing it via seaplane or helicopter gives you the opportunity to take any number of photos, or you can have us arrange a visit to the floating pontoon nearby for you.
Hamilton Island

You might choose to hire a jet ski with your group for a day or half-day and zoom around the warm, still waters around any number of the 70-plus islands. A huge number of trails and walks across beaches, bush tracks, and peaks are also on offer for every fitness and challenge level, including several that rise above this entire pristine archipelago, offering views that can’t be matched anywhere else.
Or you might be partial to a shore adventure in Port Douglas to experience some world-class food or Airlie Beach for a night of fun amongst the sometimes-chaotic nightlife of the backpacker-friendly tourist hub.
